The Palpatine pre-order was the smoothest I’ve ever been through. The new ordering process is great! No server crash or anything. It took a while for the exclusive to sell out, but if you missed out, get on that waiting list! The set is estimated to ship in Q1 2008, though I think it’ll get pushed. I hope it gets pushed; there’s quite a few pre-orders due then, and my wallet is already whimpering.
